How to order a transfer?
  • Choose your pick-up and destination points. For per hour transfer please specify start and end time.

  • Choose transport type, number of passengers and add extra information if needed ( luggage comments)

  • Complete your contact details iclude phone no, chat line id and email.

  • When your transfer request is ready and placed, you will receive carrier offers with their prices and vehicle info.

  • In case of client need to counter offer the price, we will consider and reply to you as soon as possible on your log-in account or any contact chanels given to us.

How to order a transfer as soon as possible?

Normally, we offer an advance booking 24 hours, however you can contact us anytime through hotline phone number or live chat for now service, we will get you the nearest driver , advise you waiting time and assist you to the vehicle.

What is included in the transfer price?

The trip includes free waiting time (60 minutes at the airports, 15 minutes at all other places), gasoline and road tolls.

How to pay?

You can pay cash when the trip is over. We accept cash and bank app. payment.

What if the driver hasn’t arrived?

First of all, try to contact your driver. The driver’s contact details are specified in transfer info in your personal account. Should you fail to contact the driver via phone or chat, please report this situation to the support team.

How do we manage the cars to passengers? and policy

Mostly, we always provide the cars according to customers' booking, however, we sometimes provide similar grade or upgrade to higher class without further notice and without extra charge.

How to ensure that my luggage will fit in the car? And policy about exceeded passengers or baggages

Specify your luggage size or dimensions and the number of pieces in Comment field of the order form. We will see your requirements or we might recommend appropriate vehicles for you. If you still hesitate, or if luggage cannot be fit on the vehicle at the time of picking up, we normally suggest to call another econmy car to support exceeded passengers or your exceeded luggage.

We have specified the maximum number of passengers and luggage for each vehicle type. This is for your convenience and safety during your trip. However, If number of passengers or baggages are over the limit of vehicle. Customer will be responsible for the additional cost of calling another vehicle. We will not be responsible for additional cost or provide refunds.

How do I meet with your driver and how do I recognize him?

Once your booking confirmed, if you are booking a transfer from the airport. 1.) You will be provided full instructions on how to meet the driver. 2.) Customer can buy the optional 'Holding the sign or your name on paper' He will be waiting for you at the meeting point at the exit gate no.3 (Holding the sign or your name on paper at the airport cost USD 7 or CNY 40 or THB 200)

If you are staying at the hotel or villa inside the gated compound, please make sure to provide us with your room number or villa/house number and our driver will meet you at the hotel lobby or at the right given location.

During meeting time, We will always be with you on facebook livechat or any social media channel we have or on the phone

What if my flight delay or cancelled?

Usually our drivers are monitor flight details online and we always know if your flight is delayed. But if you have an opportunity to report to usabout changing of your arrival time, we will thankful for this. Please make sure to inform us in case your flight is canceled or your flight number is changed.

How should I indicate pick up time so that I will not miss the flight?

Normally, the reccomended safe time to arrive the airport is 2 hours before taking off time.

Since,any accident or unexpected event might occure, It is good to give yourself a room for any unexpectation, thus we would sugget every customer to carefully check the following

  • distance between your place to the airport
  • how is the traffic during your travel time? (during rush hour or during long holiday or festival)
  • how big is the airport? How far does it take for you to walk to the gate?

Please be noted that we will not responsible for any cost of plane ticket, hotel fees or transportation fees if customer book the car too late.
